Please complete all sections and submit. Parents must complete an online camp registration in addition to the camper completing this CIT application. If you are not accepted to the CIT program this summer, you will attend as a camper with others your age. Not all eligible campers choose to apply for the CIT program. CITs are required to attend a minimum of 5 weeks.
